A Day of Celebration
and Inspiration
On June 28 2024, we celebrated 20 years of AS&Co and shared our bright vision for the future. This was a fantastic day to celebrate, network with our vibrant community, and be inspired. We heard from a wonderful array of amazing speakers, all thought leaders in their fields.
Hosted at the stunning BMA House, a Grade II listed building designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1911, it has been the home of the British Medical Association since 1925.
We were proud to host our event at this beautiful location where we launched our refreshed and rebranded books and exclusive insights into our upcoming programmes.

Charlie Unwin
An author, speaker, and coach with over 20 years of experience in human performance and psychology. Charlie has worked with elite athletes, senior executives, UK Special Forces, and the Royal Household. A former platoon commander in Iraq and TeamGB athlete, Charlie combines his leadership experience and academic background in psychology to understand success. He has designed award-winning programmes for global businesses, including Coca-Cola, Dyson, Lego, Virgin, and the Bank of England.
Estrelita van Rensburg
Qualified physician-pathologist who spent the first part of her career in academic medicine before moving into the pharmaceutical industry where she held the position of Global Medical Director. More recently her focus shifted to nutrition and preventative medicine and how nutrition impacts our health. Her first book Eat Well or Die Slowly - Your Guide to Metabolic Health was published in 2020.
Annick Devillard
High energy French born Board Adviser, NED, Trustee, Operations Director, Networker. Spent the first 20 years of her career in corporate marketing, at Avon Cosmetics, L’Oréal, Chesebrough-Ponds, Seagram Wines & Spirits and Dell Computers. Founded The Rooster in 2001, to help SMEs with their marketing, now working with the Board of a handful of companies advising on processes to achieve their goals, truly a wake-up call for business. Proud Trustee of Help 4 The Homeless charity.
