First session: Neurodiversity and Coaching

Our first session will be held on 8th April with speaker Kanan Tekchandani to discuss Neuro Diversity & Coaching.

Neurodiversity has been a hot topic, with many adults discovering they are autistic or have ADHD. Whether you coach or work with neurodivergent individuals, a tailored, strengths-based approach is essential.

Join Kanan’s Masterclass to understand neurodiversity and inclusive language, adapt your coaching for stronger rapport, recognise unique talents while addressing key challenges, and empower individuals to self-advocate and thrive. Patience and continuous learning are key—get ready to refine your approach and make a real impact.

In this Webinar you will:

  • Understand neurodiversity, common conditions, and lived experiences.

  • Recognise strengths, challenges, and how to create inclusive environments.

  • Develop effective communication strategies and avoid common biases.

Meet our First Speaker, Kanan Tekchandani

Kanan is a Therapeutic Coach and loves working with complex individuals who feel different from most—those who self-identify or suspect they are gifted, twice-exceptional, autistic, or have ADHD.

Passionate about helping them clear misunderstandings that hinder connection, peace, and happiness in their relationships.

Skilled in translating diverse experiences, fostering harmony, and creating optimism for the future. Personally familiar with feeling different—introverted, shy, academically successful, and a lifelong learner.
