In the early years of theatre there was always a room set aside for actors to spend some time composing their thoughts before going on stage. In the interests of calm, the walls and ceiling were painted green and the lighting kept subdued. Nowadays it is used by actors to mentally prepare and relax during and after performances too.
Like the theatrical green room, our AS&Co Green Room is a dedicated space set aside for our Pioneer and Liberator Practitioners, to learn, reflect, think and ‘sharpen their axe’.
It is a space for Continuing Professional Development, to plug into the source of The Pioneer and The Liberator. It is guided by our AS&Co Strategic Practitioner Team.

With two decades of experience in educational leadership, Simon Casebourne is deeply committed to leadership development. His drive to become a better leader inspired him to establish "The Ethical Leader," an initiative dedicated to helping leaders and teams reach their full potential. As an accredited NLP coach, Insights Discovery® Practitioner, and Liberating Leadership Master Practitioner, Simon designs bespoke programmes to enhance communication and team dynamics. Currently studying for a second degree in Social Psychology, Simon continues to expand his expertise in leadership and organisational success.
