The Pioneer & The Liberator
The next in our Visionary Series is our Practitioner Academy, where you can become accredited in one or both of our award-winning programmes, The Pioneer and The Liberator.
Step 1 is The Pioneer … which is all about developing yourself.
You deepen your Self-Awareness, your Personal Power, Emotional Intelligence, Negotiating Style, and a range of other skills needed to transform your life and career.
Delivered over 6 x 2hr weekly online sessions
Commencing June 4th 2025
Step 2 is The Liberator … which is all about developing others.
You learn The Mindset, Process and Skills adopted by the highest performing leaders of people, enabling massive performance improvements and highly engaged, productive teams.
Delivered over 6 x 2hr weekly online sessions
Commencing September 10th 2025
By becoming accredited in the programmes, you will be licensed to deliver them to your clients or internal staff. And you will become part of our supportive, engaged Global Practitioner Community.
What’s included?
Each programme comes with an Amazon best-selling paperback book, with becomes the course manual, plus handouts, practitioner guide and a set of powerful online questionnaires.
The online questionnaires add significant weight, as they help individuals and leaders assess their current state, at each stage of the process, and understand how to adapt their style for increased effectiveness.
Leaders and teams love these questionnaires, because they make sense and they can see where to make changes in their style. Some of the questionnaires can also be used for powerful 360 feedback.
And once Accredited, what happens?

be given an option to customize the questionnaires and book covers to reflect your own branding, which our Practitioners love. It helps build confidence, credibility and attraction.
be invited into the Community Portal where all your resources can be found: Practitioner presentations, handouts, helpful video interviews and connect with and learn from other Practitioners
be qualified to sign up for our CPD and other exciting Practitioner events – which are held throughout the year.

Jayne Dennis brings over 20 years of Learning and Development experience across both the private and public sectors. Her belief that people are at the heart of every organisation drives her passion for helping individuals recognise and develop their unique potential. As both a Master Practitioner and an Insights Discovery® Practitioner, Jayne works with clients to harness their strengths and achieve professional growth, ensuring their personal and organisational objectives are aligned for lasting impact.
With two decades of experience in educational leadership, Simon Casebourne is deeply committed to leadership development. His drive to become a better leader inspired him to establish "The Ethical Leader," an initiative dedicated to helping leaders and teams reach their full potential. As an accredited NLP coach, Insights Discovery® Practitioner, and Liberating Leadership Master Practitioner, Simon designs bespoke programmes to enhance communication and team dynamics. Currently studying for a second degree in Social Psychology, Simon continues to expand his expertise in leadership and organisational success.
