The Challenges Faced by Bateman Group
Managing Director Julian Bateman was facing challenges in finding good matches for his organisation. Frustrated by the difficulties, he sought a solution that could offer accurate insights into understanding what motivates and drives individuals.
The Results
Following the initial integration, the Bateman Group continues to use Insight Discovery Personal Profiles as an integrated part of the recruitment process. Since the workshop, Ali has visited the site to provide 1:1 feedback and ongoing coaching sessions to managers and staff. Additionally, she has facilitated team discussions to foster a deeper level of understanding among group members. Individual telephone coaching sessions are also conducted when needed, ensuring a personalised and comprehensive approach to employee development.
