The Challenges Faced by SunSwept Resorts
In growing their business across the UK & US, Figurit realised the need for greater team development. A working culture that encouraged and fostered greater active participation and mutual learning. The Result
Initially, Furigit noticed a sudden shift in the dynamics of certain personalities in the office. However, the situation soon moderated, with a greater focus on subtle observations. This shift towards subtler observations reflected a commitment to fostering a more adaptive workplace environment that welcomes the diverse communication preferences of team members. Specifically, there is an emphasis on understanding how individuals prefer to give and receive instructions, as well as their preferred level of detail.
